The Move Better Fitness Academy aims to help improve the fundamental motor skills of children, adults and athletes, and training skills such as running technique, Dynamic Movement Skills (DMS), speed and agility and methods of strength and conditioning as required. We can also help with your rehabilitation after an injury.
