Running is a skill that needs to be coached to help prevent injuries, improve efficiency and increase speed. Coaching can help both adults and children. Research has indicated that only about 25% of boys and 20% of girls aged between 9-10 years are efficient at sprinting.
Our courses are designed to help you progress in your running technique, whether a beginner or more advanced runner, it could be what’s holding you back from improving your performance.
Running is seen as an exercise that can be taken up by most people, as can be easily fitted in to our busy lifestyle. Often running is taken up to lose fat and stay healthy or for competitive reasons. Everyone has their own running style affected by your own body shape and mechanics and may have different areas of weakness that needs developing. Corrective exercises may be required to improve running technique. Over the next few months we will be adding articles and more video.
